Can I try Arktis before paying?
Yes. Growth includes a 7-day free trial. You add your site, install the tracker and watch your own data arrive before you are charged, and you can cancel any time before the trial ends. Our calculators and comparison tools are free with no account at all.
How do I add the AI agents?
Once you are on a paid plan (a Growth trial counts), open Billing in your dashboard and add Essentials or Professional. The agents work from the data your plan already collects, so there is nothing extra to install.
What counts as a tracked user?
A tracked user is any unique visitor to your site within a billing month. If the same person visits multiple times, they only count once.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, upgrade or downgrade anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately, downgrades apply at the next billing cycle, and your existing data is preserved.
What happens if I exceed my tracked user limit?
We notify you at 80% of your limit. If you go over, tracking continues, but you will need to upgrade to keep the service running.
